There‘s something mysthical about Absinthe. Vincent Van Gogh and Oscar Wilde drank it. No wonder, there’s a whole ceremony to serve the drink properly. Drip fountains were used to cool the drink since the mid-1800s. Cold water drips slowly over a sugar cube into the absinth. It gets sweeter and drinkable. But this ritual also creates a spectacle for the eyes.

The water hitting the naturally green drink, turns it into an opaque liquid, „le louche“.

An updated version brings back the ritual of absinth drinking. It brings people together, at this bar, while wating for the magic „clouding“ in their glasses
